• Dubai Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience specifically hiring Real Estate Agents in Dubai. (This is non-negotiable).
• The Language: You are a master of English communication. (If you speak Russian or Chinese, that's a massive bonus, but not a dealbreaker).
• The Network: You don't wait for applicants; you headhunt. You know where the top 1% of agents are hiding.
• The Energy: You are professional, polished, and can handle a high-pressure, 6-day work week with a smile.
