Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle in line with Qatar labor regulations
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce forecasting
- Source candidates locally and internationally through job portals, recruitment agencies, social media, and referrals
- Screen CVs, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare and publish job advertisements aligned with Qatar market standards
- Handle bulk and specialized hiring across multiple industries (retail, maintenance, hospitality, corporate, technical, etc.)
- Liaise with PRO / Government Relations for visa/sponsorship processing
- Ensure recruitment documentation complies with Qatar Labor Law and company HR policies
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases
- Support offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain a talent pool to support ongoing and future manpower needs
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 35 years of recruitment experience in Qatar
- Proven experience in multi-industry recruitment
- Strong understanding of Qatar Labor Law, Visa and sponsorship processes, Local hiring practices and timelines
- Currently in Qatar with valid QID
Language & Communication
- Fluent in English and Hindi mandatory
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
