Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across our construction, engineering consultancy, and contracting businesses. The role will focus on sourcing and attracting qualified technical, engineering, construction, commercial, and corporate talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience and timely hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from manpower requirements and sourcing through screening, interviews, selection, offer, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, recruitment platforms, databases, agencies, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Recruit for construction and engineering positions including Project Managers, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineers, QS, Estimators, Planning Engineers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Contracts, HSE, Draftsmen, Document Controllers, and skilled/site-based roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical competencies, and manpower priorities.
• Conduct candidate screening, preliminary interviews, salary discussions, reference checks, and coordinate technical/interview assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future project requirements.
• Manage recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview schedules, offers, and joining status.
• Coordinate with HR and PRO teams for visa, documentation, and onboarding requirements for selected candidates.
• Support workforce planning and recruitment for new projects, mobilization, and business expansion.
• Work with recruitment agencies when required and monitor agency performance and recruitment costs.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with UAE labour regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a professional candidate experience and strengthen the company's employer brand and talent market presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably within construction, engineering consultancy, contracting, real estate, or a related industry.
• Strong experience in technical and construction recruitment.
• Good knowledge of the UAE recruitment market and sourcing practices.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job portals, ATS/HR systems, and recruitment databases.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
