Job Summary

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to support the company's rapid growth. The role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-quality talent across head office and branch operations while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and alignment with the company's culture and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires in coordination with HR and operations teams.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, trackers, and hiring reports.
• Support mass hiring for branches and operational roles as needed.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company policies and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Experience in the F&B or retail industry is a must.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
• HR diploma or certification is a plus.
