Job Summary
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to support the company's rapid growth. The role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-quality talent across head office and branch operations while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and alignment with the company's culture and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires in coordination with HR and operations teams.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, trackers, and hiring reports.
- Support mass hiring for branches and operational roles as needed.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company policies and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience in the F&B or retail industry is a must.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
- HR diploma or certification is a plus.
