Role Description The Recruitment Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for various roles within the organization. The Recruitment Specialist will conduct initial interviews, partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role also involves maintaining recruitment reports, supporting onboarding activities, and collaborating with HR and operations teams to meet staffing targets. The Recruitment Specialist will contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience with sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
• Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidate fit and engage stakeholders clearly and professionally.
• Candidates should possess Training and onboarding-related skills to help new hires transition smoothly into their roles.
• Relevant skills such as attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are beneficial.
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR, preferably within BPO or contact center environments, is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office tools, and online recruitment platforms is desirable.
