Recruitment Specialist Mass Recruitment

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and support high-volume recruitment activities. The role will focus on recruiting 200–300 teachers per month, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for high-volume teacher hiring.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified teachers.
• Participate in recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and mass hiring events.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
• Track recruitment progress and ensure monthly hiring targets are achieved.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update the ATS.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Mass Recruitment / High-Volume Recruitment.
• Proven experience in recruiting teachers or within the education sector is highly preferred.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and meet challenging monthly targets.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and ATS systems.
• Good command of English.
