Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Giza, Egypt Smart Village. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as hiring, interviewing, communication with candidates, recruiting, and training.

• Experience in talent acquisition and retention
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources or related field

Requirements

• Fluency in English (High B2 to C1)
• Flexible with working on site.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a mass hiring environment in a Corporate or an Agency (Freelance doesn&apost count).
• Proficient with Excel and outlook.
