Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate recruitment within the UAE market. This role requires a professional who is proactive, well-connected, and capable of managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the company
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for sales, leasing, and support positions
- Utilize multiple sourcing methods including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and industry networking
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage feedback loops with department heads
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide periodic reports to management
Requirements:
- 25 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of real estate brokerage roles and organizational structures
- Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in competitive markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
