Role Overview:
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and attracting top talent aligned with the company's needs and culture, with a strong focus on technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job intake to offer stage
- Post job openings on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, especially technical teams, to understand role requirements
- Source and attract technical talent using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Hands-on experience in technical recruiting
- Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment tools
- 12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
