Job Description

Role Overview:

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and attracting top talent aligned with the company's needs and culture, with a strong focus on technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job intake to offer stage
  • Post job openings on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, especially technical teams, to understand role requirements
  • Source and attract technical talent using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
  • Maintain and update candidate databases
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Hands-on experience in technical recruiting
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment tools
  • 12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
