Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruiter with at least 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE hiring practices, job portals, and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and sourcing tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred.
