Company Description

Roots Commodities, established in 2012, began as a trading house specializing in grains and pulses and has since expanded into logistics, industrial processing, and poultry production across Egypt and GCC regions. In 2021, the company was awarded a concession for the first private Grain Terminal in Egypt, which is projected to handle 1 million tons annually. Roots Group is also known for its subsidiary, Crown Poultry, which operates advanced broiler production with a capacity of 3 million birds annually, with plans to double production. Additionally, the company operates a state-of-the-art pulses processing plant with a monthly processing capacity of 15,000 tons, located in the 10th of Ramadan City.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in 10th of Ramadan, Sharqia. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. The role will also involve collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs, ensuring effective communication throughout recruitment activities, and coordinating training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Strong skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates
• Excellent Communication abilities for coordination and engagement
• Experience in planning and conducting effective Training programs
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment in 10th of Ramadan, Sharqia
