Recruitment Specialist ( Salary paid in USD )

Kindly note that applications without prior experience in recruitment (mass hiring) will not be considered.

• Fixed shifts: From 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Fixed days off: Saturday and Sunday

Job Description:

Sourcing and attracting candidates through different channels.

Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

Screening applicants and filtering.

Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire

Mediating between candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in recruiting fluent English speakers for call centers/telemarketing agencies is a must.
• University graduates.
• 1 - 3 years of experience.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ready to join immediately.
