This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Egypt. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill job vacancies. They will collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and maintain a seamless hiring process. The role also involves maintaining talent pipelines, updating job descriptions, and ensuring a positive experience for both hiring teams and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Ability to develop effective recruitment strategies and maintain talent pipelines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Proven organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with local labor laws and employment regulations
• Experience in HR or talent acquisition is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
