Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent and contract roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer management.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Work closely with Business Development and Account Managers to meet client SLAs.
- Maintain accurate candidate and job data in the ATS/CRM.
- Stay updated on UAE market trends, Labor Laws, salaries, and hiring practices.
Job RequirementsRequirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Recruiter (IT & NON IT Both) within a recruitment agency (Dubai/UAE experience is mandatory).
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
