About the Role
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for national and international recruitment and selection processes, to sustain the growth of Teleperformance Customer Experts (CE), Teams and to recruit and select the best possible talent.
Responsibilities
- Research job markets across Europe and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Create job ads to support recruitment.
- Managing the selection process and keeping the applications database updated.
- Analyze CVs and make pre-selection calls, both with local and international applicants from all over Europe.
- Validating applicants language skills, technical skills, and soft skills required.
- Organizing, preparing, and executing selection activities, such as (online) selection test, group dynamics, and interviews.
- Managing relocation support from applicants from abroad.
- Present a final shortlist of selected candidates.
- Interaction with other departments to improve and maximize the project(s) results.
- Be an active part in the processes of continuous improvement, proposing improvement and innovative methods across the department and the company (producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions).
- Screen the candidates using soft phone application.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree holder.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in the Customer Service field is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- International experience is a plus.
- English: Minimum B2 level is a must.
