About the Role:
As a Global Recruitment Specialist, you will manage national and international recruitment processes, helping us attract, assess, and hire exceptional candidates across Europe. You will work closely with hiring teams to ensure recruitment targets are met while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research talent markets across Europe and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Create and publish engaging job advertisements across multiple recruitment channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- CV screening
- Candidate sourcing
- Pre-selection calls
- Interviews and assessments
- Candidate shortlisting
- Evaluate candidates language proficiency, technical skills, and behavioral competencies.
- Organize and facilitate online assessments, interviews, and group selection activities.
- Support international candidates throughout the relocation process.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment outcomes and hiring efficiency.
- Contribute innovative ideas and continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GDPR requirements, information security standards, and global compliance procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection.
- International recruitment experience is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable using online recruitment platforms and internet-based applications.
