Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Cairo. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring and recruitment process, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate qualifications. The role also involves coordinating onboarding and training initiatives to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to fulfill organizational hiring needs and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Hiring and Recruiting
  • Strong proficiency in Interviewing and Communication
  • Experience with Training and employee onboarding processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
