Job Description

Position Overview

The Recruitment Supervisor oversees the full-cycle recruitment process and leads the recruitment team to ensure timely, high-quality hiring across the organization. This role focuses on workforce planning, sourcing strategy, process improvement, candidate experience, and coordination with department managers to fill vacancies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Operations

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
  • Assign and supervise daily tasks of recruiters.
  • Ensure job postings, sourcing activities, screening, and interviews follow company standards and timelines.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Train, mentor, and guide the recruitment team on best practices.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction, etc.).
  • Provide feedback and conduct performance evaluations.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for hiring concerns or delays.

4. Process Improvement

  • Review and enhance recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Implement new sourcing methods, tools, and technologies to optimize hiring.

5. Candidate Management

  • Oversee candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.

6. Reporting & Metrics

  • Prepare and present recruitment analytics and tracking reports to Recruitment leadership.
  • Monitor job offer acceptance rates, turnover trends, and sourcing effectiveness.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
  • HR certification (PHR, CHRP, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role.
  • Experience managing high-volume or specialized hiring is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
