Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Shikh Zayed AS a Recruitment Supervisor specialized in the restaurant and hotel industry. The Recruitment Supervisor will oversee and manage the recruitment process to attract, screen, and select quality candidates for various roles within the organization. Responsibilities include collaborating with department managers to determine hiring needs, conducting interviews, managing employee onboarding, and maintaining effective employee relations. The role also requires evaluating recruitment processes and implementing improvements to ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and expertise in HR Management
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams
- Strong Team Management and leadership abilities
- Experience in handling Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines
- Familiarity with the restaurant or hotel industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
