Reel Creator

Capital Dental Clinic is looking for a Reel Creator to join our team across our Cairo branches (Nasr City, New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed).

You'll be embedded in the clinic creating short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This isn't a desk editing job. You'll be on the ground with your phone, shooting real dental procedures, patient transformations, clinic life, and behind-the-scenes moments, then turning that footage into polished, scroll-stopping reels.

The content style is cinematic and premium. Think close-up procedure shots with good color grading, trend-driven edits with great music choices, and motion graphics touches. You'll work independently, shooting and delivering finished content with minimal direction.

You'll be part of the clinic team. That means you need to be comfortable around dental procedures, clinical environments, and working alongside doctors and patients daily.

IMPORTANT: You must include a link to your portfolio, showreel, or content page in your resume or LinkedIn profile. Applications without a visible portfolio will not be considered.

What you'll do:

- Shoot short-form video content on your phone inside the clinic during real procedures and patient interactions

- Create finished Reels, TikToks, and Shorts from footage you shoot yourself

- Capture dental procedures, patient transformations, and smile reveals

- Film behind-the-scenes clinic life and team moments

- Add motion graphics touches (text animations, lower thirds, brand elements)

- Do voiceover when needed and occasionally appear on camera

- Stay on top of Instagram and TikTok trends and adapt them to our content

- Maintain a consistent premium visual aesthetic across all content

- Work across our three Cairo branches as needed

What we're looking for:

- Proven ability to shoot AND edit short-form social video content on mobile (not just edit)

- Good color grading and editing skills using mobile or desktop tools

- Comfortable working in a dental or medical clinic environment during live procedures

- Experience with Arabic-language content (voiceover, subtitles, text overlays)

- Self-sufficient content creator who can deliver finished work with minimal hand-holding

- Understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok formats, trends, and algorithms

- Good eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling

- Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools

Nice to have:

- Medical, dental, or healthcare background or education

- Comfortable appearing on camera and doing voiceover

- Experience with AI-assisted video tools (Runway, Topaz, CapCut AI features)

- Experience building personal brands or doctor brands on social media

Working conditions:

- Full-time, on-site across Capital Dental Clinic branches in Cairo
