Role Overview:

We are looking for a Reels Creator / Video Editor with agency experience to join our team. This role is focused on executing shooting days and editing engaging social media content, with a primary focus on mobile shooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute shooting days using mobile devices (primary) and cameras when needed

- Capture high-quality content suitable for social media platforms

- Edit footage into engaging reels and videos

- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and visual direction

- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Requirements:

- Agency experience is a must

- Strong portfolio showcasing reels and video content

- Strong mobile videography skills (primary requirement)

- Good knowledge of camera handling (preferred)

- Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)

- Understanding of social media trends and content formats

- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time

Preferred:

- Basic motion graphics skills

- Creative eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling
