Reels Specialist - Saudi

Role Description This full-time Reels Specialist role is an on-site position based in Riyadh. The Reels Specialist is responsible for planning, scripting, and producing short-form video content tailored for platforms such as Instagram and other social media channels. Daily tasks include shooting and editing video, optimizing content for engagement, and aligning visuals and messaging with current trends and brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with marketing and creative teams, managing a content calendar, and monitoring performance metrics to refine content strategies. The Reels Specialist is expected to stay updated on platform features, audio trends, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and impactful.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in short-form video creation, including filming, editing, and post-production using modern tools and software.
• Ability to develop concepts and scripts that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
• Experience managing social media content calendars and optimizing posts for reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for Reels and similar formats.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, including composition, lighting, pacing, and use of audio and effects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and respond constructively to feedback.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Prior experience in digital content creation, social media, or marketing roles; experience in on-site production environments is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in media, communications, film, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
