We're recruiting for a new high-end Pilates and wellness studio launching soon in Tarut, Saudi Arabia a space designed to help clients find balance, strength, and mindful living through movement.

The Role:

We're looking for a certified, passionate, and professional Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructor to deliver high-quality sessions, motivate clients, and represent the studio's values of balance, strength, and mindfulness.

Essential Duties &Responsibilities:

- Leading group and private Pilates sessions (Mat & Reformer)

- Assessing client needs and tailoring safe, effective programs

- Providing clear instruction, modifications, and injury-aware guidance

- Creating a positive, supportive, welcoming atmosphere

- Collaborating with management to develop class schedules and studio growth

- Maintaining clean, safe, and organized studio spaces

-Stay updated with Pilates trends, certifications and education self-development

Requirements:

- Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates (BASI, Balanced Body, STOTT, or similar)

- Minimum of 1year of experience teaching both group and private classes

- Fluent in English (spoken & written)

- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete before start date)

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and injury prevention

- Passionate about wellness, mindfulness, and community building

- Bonus: Yoga certification (not required)

- Ideal personality: Calm, professional, supportive, and motivated

Package & Benefits:

- Tax-free salary: Up toSAR 12,000 (approximately US$ 3,270/month) -based on experience & qualifications

- Commission: 20-25% on private sessions

- Sales bonus: 710% for class pack sales (10 or 20 sessions)
