Refrigeration Sales Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in refrigeration systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate refrigeration load calculations based on project requirements.
- Select the appropriate refrigeration units according to the estimated load.
- Provide presales technical support and ensure proper product selection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct cost analysis for refrigeration units and solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and recommend suitable Miraco Carrier products that meet technical needs.
- Follow up on submitted quotations, offer technical and commercial support, and work to secure orders.
- Conduct periodic customer and site visits.
- Prepare the monthly sales backlog report.
- Maintain and update customer contact records.
- Analyze and explore the assigned territory to identify and develop refrigeration market opportunities.
- Process customer orders according to job requirements, coordinating with the Sales Manager when needed for procurement from Miraco Carrier factories or external suppliers.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare invoices as per order terms and obtain Sales Manager approval before issuing them.
- Ensure the accurate preparation of all assigned documents, including sales orders, delivery forms, quotations, inquiry follow-up reports, win/loss reports, and weekly reports.
- Assess and report to the Sales Manager the creditworthiness and commercial viability of customers before extending credit facilities.
- Fully comply with and support the implementation of all company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Degree must be from a recognized and accredited university.
- Having a car is a must.
- Experience: 02 years (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Experience in any field related to refrigeration, cooling systems, HVAC, or mechanical systems is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform technical calculations.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
