We are looking for a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our operations and maintenance team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in refrigeration and HVAC systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain equipment in a professional and safe manner.
Key Responsibilities- Handle and complete assigned maintenance work orders
- Troubleshoot refrigeration and HVAC equipment failures
- Diagnose faults and perform the required repairs
- Replace worn seals, outer shells, motors, and other damaged parts
- Install refrigeration units, climate control systems, and related equipment
- Test newly installed systems to ensure proper operation
- Maintain required stock levels for parts and materials
- Update shift engineers or supervisors on work progress and equipment status
- Follow company safety and operational procedures
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment when required
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in refrigeration and HVAC
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience in installation and preventive maintenance
- Ability to work independently and respond to maintenance needs
- Physically fit and able to handle fieldwork
- Basic Arabic or English communication skills preferred
