Role Purpose:

To ensure accurate tracking and compliance of import and export activities, manage customs certificates and settlement processes, and coordinate with brokers and authorities to support smooth regulatory and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customs Certificate Follow-up:

  • Receiving import certificates from customs brokers and reviewing them.
  • Recording import and export certificates in the reconciliation sheet to track quantities.
  • Monitoring imported quantities and ensuring full utilization.
  • Receiving original letters of guarantee from the Central Customs Authority after completing related import certificates.
  • Tracking the export systems as per the reconciliation plan.
  • Sending monthly list with the import certificates number to validate with export with brokers.

Industrial Inspection:

  • Conducting industrial inspection for newly added items in the company.
  • Coordinating with relevant authorities for the registration and review of new items.

Letters of Guarantee:

  • Monitoring issuance and renewal of letters of guarantee.
  • Tracking expiry dates and taking timely action when required.

Settlement Process Responsibilities

  • Record and track import and export certificates in chronological order.
  • Prepare and manage settlement offsetting between import and export certificates.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers for approval and official documentation.
  • Update settlement data and perform amendments within the system.
  • Execute quantity offsetting and submit settlement files online.
  • Coordinate review meetings with customs authorities.
  • Follow up settlement approvals and obtain completion confirmations.
  • Collect guarantees from the central unit and hand them over to Finance for bank processing.

POs creation

  • Support in creating and amending Pos.

Subsidy backup

  • Backing up any subsidy activity.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in administration supply chain or any related fieldd.
  • Basic level of English proficiency
  • 12 years of experience in the same or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Flexible work style, quick learner, and highly adaptable personality
