Role Description The Regional Account Manager – Italian Speaking is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This position is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of regional accounts, with a particular focus on Italian partners. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and presenting packaging solutions tailored to client needs. The role involves preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating commercial terms, coordinating with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and after-sales support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Regional Account Manager also monitors market trends, provides regular sales forecasts and reports, and represents the company at relevant meetings, visits, and events.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management and sales skills, including client relationship building, opportunity identification, and negotiation.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with clear, professional communication skills in both languages (spoken and written).
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, industrial equipment, or related sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and market trends, prepare accurate proposals and reports, and use CRM or sales management tools effectively.
  • High level of organization, time management, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional teams such as operations, logistics, and after-sales service.
  • Comfort with on-site client visits across the region and willingness to travel as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Understanding of regional market dynamics in the Middle East is an advantage.
