Job Summary:
The Regional Aftersales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of BYD KSA's aftersales service operations, including service delivery, customer satisfaction, parts and accessories management, warranty claims, and service network development. This key position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the automotive industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibility
1. Responsible for the after-sales operation guidance of dealers in the jurisdiction
2. Responsible for the communication, guidance and supervision of the implementation of company policies
3. Responsible for controlling and following up on the handling of customer complaints
4. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual audits of dealers
5. Responsible for drafting after-sales policy for the KSA market
Experience & Skill
1. Experience in automobile industry and 4S store
2. 3-5 years of 4S store service experience
3.Proficient in the use of office software
4.Fluent in English(optional)
