About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Broadband Sales Manager to lead the growth of our Mobile Broadband and FWA business across the Middle East (primary focus) & Africa (secondary focus).

Based in Dubai, this role will focus on developing strategic relationships with leading telecom operators,identifying new business opportunities and driving them through to commercial deployment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for 4G/5G CPE, Mobile Wi-Fi, FWA etc related Mobile Broadband products.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with major operators across Saudi Arabia, GCC and Africa.
Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and design-in to certification, negotiation and deployment.
Develop group-level opportunities with operators such as STC, Zain, e&, Ooredoo, Du, MTN, Airtel Africa, Vodacom and Orange etc.
Work closely with product team, engineering team, supply chain and marketing teams to deliver successful customer launches.
Drive achievement of annual revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications

5+ years of telecom / technology sales experience, including at least 3 years of direct MNO (Mobile Network Operator) account experience.
MBB/CPE/FWA sales experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of 4G/5G, FWA, CPE and Mobile Broadband.
Hands-on experience in Telecom operator projects, including RFQ/RFP, product introduction, testing/certification, commercial negotiation and mass deployment.
Proven track record in new business development and strategic account management.
Established relationships with operators in Saudi Arabia / GCC strongly preferred.
Experience across Africa is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across MEA.
Fluent English required; Arabic and/or French is a plus.
