Job Description

Role Overview:

This role will be responsible for developing and expanding ICN's agent network, establishing partnerships with educational institutions, and driving revenue growth through strategic B2B engagements in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international education sales especially French, expertise in agent network development, and a proven ability to scale B2B sales teams to achieve ambitious enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to expand ICN's presence in key regional markets.
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with student recruitment agencies, universities, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and student recruitment insights to refine sales approaches.
  • Represent ICN at industry events, regional education fairs, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.

2. Agent Network Development & Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage a robust network of international student recruitment agents across multiple regions.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to ensure agents effectively promote ICN and its programs.
  • Establish incentive structures, performance metrics, and engagement plans to optimize agent productivity.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, market analysis, and business development meetings with recruitment partners.

3. Sales Operations & Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and scale a high-performing B2B sales team to drive student enrollments.
  • Working with respective Heads, set sales targets, performance KPIs, and structured growth plans for both internal teams and external agents.
  • Optimize CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and lead conversion processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Develop a Sales Playbook outlining best practices, on-boarding strategies, and structured sales processes.

4. Revenue Growth & Performance Optimization

  • Drive student enrollment growth through B2B partnerships, ensuring consistent achievement of intake targets.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and pricing models to secure long-term business.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making by tracking sales performance, analyzing conversion rates, and refining strategies accordingly.

5. Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders

  • Work closely with academic teams, marketing, finance, and admissions to align sales strategies with ICN's overall business goals.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and recruitment feedback to inform program development and marketing strategies.
  • Support program management teams to enhance the student experience and improve retention rates.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • 510 years of experience in B2B international education sales, student recruitment, or agent network management.
  • Profound understanding of the French Educational System.
  • Knowledge of written and spoken French.
  • Proven track record of scaling and managing agent networks for higher education institutions.
  • Strong understanding of global student mobility trends, visa processes, and international admissions procedures.
  • Experience in large-scale sales negotiations with education institutions, corporate partners, and recruitment agencies.
  • Ability to develop and execute structured sales strategies in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics, and pipeline management.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to meet with agents, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Growth in agent network and successful on-boarding of new recruitment partners.
  • Increase in student enrollments through B2B partnerships.
  • Retention rates and satisfaction levels of existing agents and partners.
  • Revenue growth and achievement of intake targets.
  • Conversion rates from leads to enrolled students.
  • Performance of the B2B sales team in meeting set objectives.
