About the Role

We are a contracting company expanding our business in Riyadh. We're looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and securing new projects across Riyadh.

This is a results-driven role focused on winning business and supporting the full cycle from lead generation to contract award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and close new business opportunities in Riyadh (public & private sector).
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
  • Monitor the market for new opportunities and support tender pursuit and bid strategy.
  • Coordinate with estimating/QS/technical teams to prepare proposals and submissions.
  • Support commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract award processes.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline, forecast, and progress reports to management.
  • Represent the company in meetings, client visits, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Experience in Business Development within the contracting/construction sector (non-road & non-bridge scope).
  • Good understanding of the Riyadh market and proven experience working with clients/consultants in Riyadh.
  • Strong understanding of tendering, contracts, and commercial negotiations.
  • Ability to manage opportunities from first contact to award.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Riyadh-based (or willing to relocate) with on-site availability.

Preferred

  • Experience in commercial / residential / healthcare contracting (as applicable).
  • Experience with consultant-led and developer-led projects in Riyadh.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
  • 5+ years of Business Development experience in Construction or related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
