We are leading a highly confidential search for an exceptional executive of Large clients to establish, shape and lead a new retail business across the region.

About the Role

This is a senior enterprise leadership mandate with full accountability for strategy, P&L, market entry, brand portfolio development, customer proposition, digital growth and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term growth strategy
• Build and scale a portfolio of international fashion brands
• Lead new market, brand and store launches
• Develop strategic relationships with global brand partners
• Build a high-performing regional leadership team
• Deliver sustainable revenue, profitability and market share growth
• Establish the operating model, culture and capabilities required for scale

Qualifications

We are looking for a proven fashion retail executive with significant P&L leadership experience, strong commercial judgement and a track record of building or transforming complex, multi-market businesses.

Required Skills

Experience across the Middle East & APAC, international brand partnerships, franchise models, omnichannel retail and large-scale growth environments will be highly valued.
