The Role
We are looking for a Partner Development Manager to drive and expand our regional partner ecosystem across the Middle East.
This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role responsible for building strategic alliances with System Integrators, Value-Added Resellers, and technology partners, with a strong emphasis on pipeline creation and partner-led growth.
The ideal candidate is a hunter, commercially driven, and experienced in building partnerships within the AI, data, or cloud ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Strategy & Expansion
- Define and execute a regional partner strategy to drive market penetration across UAE, KSA, and wider GCC
- Partner Acquisition (Hunter Focus)
- Identify, engage, and onboard high-value partners (SIs, VARs, consulting firms, hyperscalers)
- Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
- Build and manage a partner-led pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue generation and target achievement
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution
- Develop joint GTM plans with partners, including co-selling strategies and solution positioning
- Partner Enablement
- Enable partners with the right tools, training, and messaging to effectively sell AI and data solutions
- Relationship Management
- Own and grow strategic partner relationships at senior levels, driving long-term value
- Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and partner performance tracking via CRM
What We're Looking For
- Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years in partner sales, alliances, or business development within IT / technology consulting
- Domain Expertise:
- Strong exposure to AI, Data, Cloud, or Digital Transformation solutions
- Regional Exposure:
- Proven experience working across the Middle East (UAE, KSA a must)
- Commercial Mindset:
- Demonstrated success in partner-led revenue generation and pipeline building
- Network:
- Existing relationships with System Integrators, VARs, or enterprise clients is a strong advantage
- Tools:
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and partner management
- Communication:
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
- Language:
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
