About the Role
GreenCert (by JecoLuxe) is focused on solving a structural gap in hospitality:
Sustainability, operations, and guest experience are often treated separately—resulting in reporting, certifications, or marketing layers that don't translate into daily operations.
Our approach is different.
We structure existing operational data inside hotels (F&B sourcing, resource consumption, waste flows) into a consistent, measurable layer that supports both internal performance and guest-facing impact.
To expand this across markets, we are onboarding a small group of Regional Collaborators working across hospitality ecosystems.
Role Overview
This is a performance-based collaboration, not a fixed-salary position.
You will work at a portfolio or network level, supporting the introduction and implementation of GreenCert across relevant properties within your ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage relevant hotel portfolios, operators, or ownership groups
Support initial positioning and alignment with decision-makers
Stay involved during pilot implementation and rollout
Contribute to scaling across additional properties based on results
Engagement Model
Pilot Phase (3–6 months):
Applied across a small number of properties
Runs alongside existing operations
Focus on validating implementation and measurable outcomes
Post-Pilot (Scale Phase):
Expansion across your network or portfolio
Continued involvement in rollout and performance tracking
Compensation
This is a performance-based model, designed for long-term alignment:
Commission tied to onboarding and pilot success
Additional upside linked to ongoing usage and portfolio growth
Recurring structure (not one-off referrals)
