Key Responsibilities
Regional Growth & Market Leadership
- Lead UnlockLand's expansion, adoption, and go-to-market execution within your assigned region.
- Build and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with local real-estate dynamics, zoning frameworks, and development priorities.
- Identify high-value opportunities with developers, ministries, REITs, consultancies, and major institutions.
- Represent UnlockLand at industry events, government meetings, and executive-level discussions.
Client Partnerships & Strategic Engagement
- Act as the primary senior point of contact for enterprise and government partners.
- Guide clients through AI-driven development feasibility, zoning intelligence, and land-use optimization workflows.
- Lead executive briefings, workshops, and strategic feasibility sessions.
- Build long-term relationships that support multi-year engagements and national-scale adoption.
Solution Deployment & Delivery Oversight
- Oversee successful onboarding and implementation for regional enterprise clients.
- Ensure platform usage aligns with local regulations, cost structures, and development economics.
- Collaborate with Product, AI, and Data teams to tailor solutions for regional needs.
- Maintain high client satisfaction while driving adoption and platform impact.
Business Consulting & Market Intelligence
- Provide strategic insights on zoning, development economics, construction trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Support clients with feasibility insights, portfolio strategies, and market-entry planning.
- Identify emerging regional trends that inform UnlockLand product development.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive regional execution.
- Support GTM strategy, pricing discussions, and enterprise licensing plans.
- Contribute to internal workflows and product enhancements based on client feedback.
Government, Enterprise & Strategic Relations
- Engage with ministries, planning authorities, real estate commissions, and innovation agencies.
- Support tender responses, government programs, and smart-city initiatives.
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI-driven development planning and regulatory modernization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Business, Urban Planning, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in real estate development, PropTech, consulting, or government relations.
- Strong understanding of zoning, development feasibility, investment strategy, or land-use planning.
- Experience managing enterprise clients, strategic partnerships, or large-scale programs.
- Proven ability to operate in fast-growth environments and drive regional market expansion.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to represent the company with executive presence in government and C-suite settings.
