Job Purpose:
We are seeking a high-impact Regional Expansion Manager based in our Dubai Head Office, responsible for leading the commercial and operational expansion of a premium Small Domestic Appliances brand across the Middle East.
This role will drive structured market entry, retail partnerships, financial performance, and cross-functional execution to deliver sustainable and profitable regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Expansion Strategy & Market Entry
- Lead end-to-end multi-country expansion roadmap across GCC & Levant
- Develop country launch plans with defined milestones, timelines & commercial targets
- Ensure regulatory, certification, and supply chain readiness
Retail & Commercial Leadership
- Lead negotiations and strategic partnerships with key retailers
- Develop and manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
- Drive distribution strategy across Retail, eCommerce & DTC
- Manage listings, sell-in, sell-out, and promotional execution
Financial & Performance Ownership
- Own country-level forecasting, revenue, and gross margin targets
- Track KPIs: Sales vs. Target, Market Share, Distribution & ROI
- Drive corrective actions to consistently deliver growth
Cross-Functional & Team Leadership
- Partner with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance & Regulatory teams
- Build and lead commercial teams in expansion markets
- Ensure excellence in BTL execution and retail activation
Experience, qualification and skills:
- 8–12 years experience in Consumer Electronics / Small Domestic Appliances / FMCG
- Proven track record leading multi-country expansion across the Middle East
- Strong commercial negotiation and JBP expertise
- Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Willing and flexible to travel extensively across Middle East markets
