Regional Finance Director

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Regional Finance Director in Dubai. This senior leadership role will report directly to the Managing Partner and work closely with the global finance leadership team.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of operational excellence and strategic vision, with proven experience in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and team leadership. You'll be responsible for managing P&L, optimizing cash flow, implementing efficient financial systems, and providing strategic guidance to support the company's growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, cash flow, and budgeting processes
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team
• Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting systems (SAP experience a plus)
• Provide strategic insights and support business development and M&A opportunities
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage risk effectively

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior role
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in financial systems implementation, especially SAP
• A commercial mindset with experience in supporting business growth and profitability

Salary: 40-50k AED
