Executive Role Overview:

We are seeking a Regional Financial Director for Groups of Hotels to lead the full financial strategy and performance across multiple luxury properties.

This is a senior leadership role requiring a visionary financial expert capable of driving profitability, strengthening governance, and supporting expansion decisions.

Core Responsibilities:

•  Lead financial strategy across a portfolio of luxury hotels.
• Drive profitability, revenue growth, and cost optimization.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning at group level.
• Establish strong internal control & audit frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS / USALI standards.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial structuring.
• Partner with leadership on investment & expansion strategy.
• Build and lead high-performing finance teams.
• Deliver executive-level financial insights.

Executive Requirements:

•  25+ years of experience (Hotels Only – Non-negotiable)
•  Proven experience in hotel groups / multi-properties
•  Background in 5-star luxury hotels
•  Strong command of Sun Systems / Opera / Micros
•  Experience at Director / CFO / Regional level
•  Strategic mindset and leadership presence
