YOUR MISSION

  • The Regional Director FP&A is responsible for leading the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis function across the MEIAT region, ensuring robust financial discipline, guiding investment decisions, and partnering with senior stakeholders to shape the mid-to-long-term strategy and enable sustainable growth.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Drive regional strategic business planning and execution to achieve MEIAT growth targets, overseeing timely and accurate preparation of Brand budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for Richemont functions.
  • Establish and manage the regional financial calendar, consolidating, analyzing, and presenting regional budgets and estimates, providing strategic recommendations to Regional Management and the Group.
  • Provide strategic financial input to the business, collaborating with Heads of Functions to identify operational efficiencies, drive cost savings, and offer expert advice for decision-making on process optimization and capital allocation.
  • Validate Capex investment requests across the region, leveraging business acumen and sound financial analysis, and conduct post-investment audits for major capital expenditures.
  • Provide financial leadership and expertise for major investment opportunities and offer strategic financial advice on commercial matters, translating complex financial metrics into actionable operating plans to enhance business performance.
  • Ensure efficient monthly closing and reporting by working with the Accounting team to ensure proper entries and supervising the timely and accurate production of monthly reports.
  • Guide the implementation of continuous process improvement and automation tools, developing the organization's data visualization and business intelligence capabilities.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US

  • Possess a University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related scientific field, with an MBA and/or relevant professional certification being a significant advantage.
  • Bring a minimum of 12-15 years of progressive and sustained experience in FP&A or financial leadership, preferably within luxury or consumer goods, demonstrating success in leading large, multi-market teams within complex regional structures.
  • Exhibit superior leadership, exceptional stakeholder management, strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, expertise in investment appraisal, long-term financial strategy, and advanced proficiency in financial systems and data visualization tools, coupled with mature, resilient, and adaptable personal attributes.
