Regional FP&A Specialist

SUMMARY:

1. The region daily Sales/Risk Asset/other operation system data track, make sure that the accuracy and timing of the data helps the business decision and operation.

2. Overall Business performance, Risk asset analysis and follow up action and progress on a weekly basis for all Business units in Region.

3. Coordinate with the HQ side for key projects management to Business units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY & OBJECTIVES:

1. In charge of the daily system data maintenance and tracking, ensure the data accuracy and timing, and send the relevant data report to the region management team.

2. Monitor performance indicators in operation with BU in areas of AR, Inventory, expense and others risky exposure, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.

3. Follow up the BU performance on the timing and accuracy of the finance relative report.

4. Manage and follow up key projects kick off by HQ/Regional for improvement purpose, make sure the continued development of those projects.

KEY QUALIFICATION:

• 5+ years professional FP&A working experiences.

• Tertiary Financial and accounting education background.

• Proficiency in excel and PowerPoint, experience in ERP (Oracle & SAP) will be a plus.

• Good work commitment and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English.
