Role Purpose
The Regional Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality creative artwork and design solutions across Egypt and International Markets. The role owns the production, adaptation, and governance of all visual marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across digital, print, packaging, e-commerce, and trade marketing materials.
As the organization's in-house creative capability, the incumbent partners with Brand Managers and external agencies to accelerate artwork delivery, reduce agency dependency, and improve speed to market. As the function expands, the role will be responsible for building and leading a regional design team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Artwork Production & Adaptation
- Develop and adapt artwork across all regional brands.
- Produce marketing assets for digital, print, packaging, and trade channels.
- Adapt master creative assets for local market requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
- Ensure all artwork meets technical specifications and brand guidelines.
2. Digital & Social Media Design
- Design and adapt social media content across multiple platforms.
- Partner with Brand Managers to develop engaging visual content.
- Produce digital campaign assets, banners, GIFs, and promotional creatives.
- Ensure assets comply with platform specifications.
3. Packaging & Brand Artwork
- Design and update packaging artwork across product portfolios.
- Prepare print-ready files for packaging production.
- Coordinate artwork revisions with internal stakeholders and print suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and packaging requirements.
4. POSM & Trade Marketing Support
- Develop POSM artwork for Egypt trade activations.
- Design retail visibility materials, displays, wobblers, shelf strips, and promotional materials.
- Support Trade Marketing teams with campaign execution materials.
- Ensure production-ready files meet supplier specifications.
5. Regional Asset Management
- Maintain the regional digital asset library.
- Organize master artwork files and version control.
- Ensure accessibility of approved assets across all markets.
- Archive historical artwork and maintain governance standards.
6. E-Commerce Creative Support
- Produce product imagery and digital assets for e-commerce platforms.
- Adapt creatives for retailer-specific requirements.
- Support online product launches and promotional campaigns.
7. Agency & Supplier Coordination
- Coordinate with external creative agencies when required.
- Prepare artwork briefs and production specifications.
- Review agency deliverables for brand compliance.
- Liaise with print vendors to ensure production quality.
8. Brand Governance
- Ensure all creative output complies with corporate brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency across all regional markets.
- Conduct quality checks before artwork release.
- Recommend improvements to creative processes.
9. Team Development (Future)
- Support the establishment of an internal regional design function.
- Contribute to process development and creative standards.
- Coach and mentor junior designers as the team grows.
- Support capability building within the marketing organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or related discipline.
Experience
- 5–8 years of graphic design experience.
- FMCG, food & beverage, or advertising agency experience.
- Experience producing packaging artwork.
- Experience designing POSM materials.
- Multi-brand or regional experience preferred.
