As the Regional Head, Asia South Partner Business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping CSL's commercial strategy and driving sustainable growth across one of our most dynamic regions. Leading a diverse portfolio of partner markets, you will set the strategic direction, build high-performing teams, and foster strong partnerships that expand patient access to our life-changing therapies.

Key Responsibilities
- Geographical scope: Asia South Partner Business countries
- Managing continuous growth within the Asia South Region market
- Accountable for financials targets and P&L
- Ensure compliance adherence with legal, regulatory, professional and ethical standards
- Lead the Team of Commercial Leads, establishes the strategy and tactics to support sales goals for product portfolio(s) and leads the product launch plan for Asia South distributors
- Establish strategic directions for the region and ensure execution
- Develop strong regional teams through coaching and leading by example
- Identify new business opportunities to secure profitable growth
- Manage partner selection, negotiation and contracting process
- Work cross functionally with HQ functions
- Manage the Partners and Distributors with CSL strategy
- Collaborate and manage with all stakeholders on the local levels, KOLs, Health Funds, Gov related bodies, MoHs, Medical Agencies, National Health Institutes, Hospitals and Payers
Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- Minimum 15+ years of international experience in partner management, general management, senior commercial role in the pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in leading a team towards business growth
- University degree in Business Management or Life Science specialty, MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a plus
- Proven entrepreneurial, international commercial and team management experience; customer and patient focus and partner advocate
- Ability to manage international partner relationships and able to work effectively in a global cross-functional and multi-cultural environment
- Ability to think strategically and long-term, coupled with operational excellence
- Hands on experience of working with partners and other external stakeholders
- Results-orientated, flexible and open to travel extensively as required
- Fluency in English written and spoken, additional language from one of local markets is a plus
