Job Overview:
We are seeking a Regional Head of Franchise with a strong Food & Beverage/QSR background to lead and scale our client's franchise business across the region. This role is critical to driving sustainable growth, ensuring brand consistency, and building high-performing franchise partnerships across existing and new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the franchise growth strategy, including market expansion, partner selection, and long-term network planning
- Lead franchise sales and onboarding, from prospect evaluation to contract execution and store launch
- Develop and enforce franchise operating standards, ensuring brand integrity, quality, and customer experience across all locations
- Act as the primary relationship lead for franchise partners, driving performance, compliance, and profitability
- Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to support franchise success
- Monitor KPIs, unit economics, and franchise P&Ls; identify gaps and implement corrective actions
- Lead franchise audits, reviews, and performance improvement initiatives
- Build and manage a franchise support team as the network scales
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Food & Beverage, with significant exposure to franchise or multi-unit operations
- Proven track record of franchise expansion and partner management
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in unit economics and profitability
- Deep understanding of F&B operations, supply chain, and quality control
- Experience working with local and/or international franchisers
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
