Your Impact 

You will serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, leading the regional HR agenda while partnering with business leaders across multiple markets to support organisational growth, transformation, and long-term business success. 

As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will provide both strategic direction and operational leadership across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring that the people strategy continues to support the organisation's commercial objectives. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute the regional HR strategy aligned with business priorities across Asia-Pacific. 
• Partner with senior business leaders to provide strategic HR advisory and influence organisational performance. 
• Lead initiatives in organisational development, culture transformation, leadership capability, and change management. 
• Drive Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement. 
• Build strong partnerships with country leaders and key stakeholders across multiple markets, balancing regional consistency with local business needs. 
• Leverage HR metrics, workforce analytics, and business insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. 
• Foster a high-performing, agile, and customer-centric workforce across geographically dispersed operations. 
• Ensure HR practices, policies, and processes remain commercially focused, operationally effective, and aligned with the organisation's strategic direction. 

About You 

To succeed in this role, you'll bring: 

• Proven experience in Singapore leading Human Resources across multiple countries within the Asia-Pacific region. 
• A strong background in multi-site, customer-centric, and commercially driven industries; aviation, hospitality, retail, travel retail, logistics, supply chain, FMCG or other large-scale regional operations. 
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders across culturally diverse markets. 
• Experience leading organisational development, culture transformation, and change initiatives within complex businesses. 
• Strong commercial acumen with exceptional analytical thinking and confidence using data to influence business decisions. 
• Deep expertise across HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, leadership development, succession planning, workforce planning, and employee engagement. 
• Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at executive level. 
• An understanding of Singapore's business environment and experience operating within regional organisations. 
• A resilient, adaptable, and hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
