About The Role
The Regional Head of Industrial & Logistics will lead CBRE's Industrial & Logistics Leasing business across the Middle East, with overall responsibility for driving revenue growth, market share, client engagement, strategic business development, talent management and operational excellence.
While the role has responsibility for the wider region, the UAE and Saudi Arabia will be the primary markets and key areas of focus. The successful candidate will also be expected to support and grow the Industrial & Logistics platform across other Middle East markets as opportunities arise.
The role will be responsible for developing and executing the regional business strategy, building and maintaining senior client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of leasing, advisory and occupier assignments across the region.
Working closely with Leasing leadership, Capital Markets and other Advisory business lines, the Regional Head will lead a high-performing team and further strengthen CBRE's position as the market-leading Industrial & Logistics advisor across the Middle East.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the regional Industrial & Logistics strategy, with a particular focus on expanding market share and strengthening CBRE's position in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Establish and deliver annual revenue, profitability and business growth objectives.
- Identify emerging market trends, occupier requirements, investment themes and sector opportunities to drive future growth.
- Champion innovation, collaboration and best practice across all markets.
Business Development & Client Leadership
- Originate, lead and secure major occupier, landlord, developer and investor mandates across the Middle East.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate occupiers, logistics operators, developers, institutional investors and sovereign entities.
- Drive new business opportunities through strategic relationship management, networking and proactive market engagement.
- Lead high-value client presentations, pitches, proposals and commercial negotiations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on portfolio strategy, market positioning and real estate decision-making.
Transaction & Advisory Delivery
- Oversee the execution of significant leasing, advisory and transaction assignments across the region.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance on complex transactions and negotiations.
- Ensure the highest standards of client service, governance, risk management and professional excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Occupier Services, Capital Markets, Valuation, Project Management and Research teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Monitor market intelligence and provide thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders.
Financial & Operational Management
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management for the Industrial & Logistics business.
- Monitor pipeline activity, revenue generation, conversion rates and profitability metrics.
- Drive operational consistency, efficiency and service excellence across all regional markets.
- Ensure compliance with CBRE policies, procedures, governance and risk management standards.
- Support the development and implementation of new products, service lines and strategic initiatives.
Talent Leadership
- Recruit, develop and retain high-performing professionals across the region.
- Establish clear performance objectives and career development plans for team members.
- Coach and mentor senior brokers, consultants and emerging leaders.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performance culture aligned with CBRE's RISE values.
- Promote knowledge sharing and cross-border collaboration across markets and business lines.
Market Profile & Thought Leadership
- Represent CBRE at industry events, conferences and client forums across the Middle East.
- Enhance CBRE's Industrial & Logistics market profile and brand presence throughout the region.
- Contribute market insights, research commentary and thought leadership content.
- Act as a recognised sector expert and spokesperson where appropriate.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience in the Middle East.
- Applicable Real Estate licenses or professional designations preferred.
- Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
- Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems
- Strong communication skills with a track record of client engagement
- Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function.
