Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute regional HR strategy aligned with business goals; advise leadership on workforce planning and organisational design.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Implement recruitment strategies, succession planning, and employer branding initiatives.
- Performance Management & Engagement: Drive performance systems, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive pay structures, manage payroll, and introduce innovative benefits.
- Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure adherence to GCC labour laws, manage HR policies, and handle employee relations.
- Organisational Development & Culture: Promote corporate culture, lead DEI initiatives, and manage change strategies.
- HR Technology & Analytics: Implement HRIS, dashboards, and automation; leverage data for decision-making.
- CSR & Well-being: Develop CSR programs, wellness initiatives, and align HR with ESG principles.
- Crisis Management: Create HR contingency plans and ensure business continuity during disruptions.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Saudi National
- Relevant Degree in Human Resources, MBA, CIPD
- Minimum 10+ years of experience with proven track record in line management
- Retail Industry experience (luxury ideal)
- Dynamic, strong communicator
- Passion for impact and change
