We're Hiring | Regional IT Support & Operations Engineer – GCC

Location: Dubai, UAE

Contract: 12 Months

We are looking for a hands-on Regional IT Support & Operations Engineer to provide onsite IT support in the UAE and remote support across the GCC

What we're looking for:

• 2–4 years of IT Desktop / End-User Support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Networking, VPN and Wi-Fi
• Experience with endpoint and IT asset management
• Exposure to IT procurement, purchase orders and vendor coordination
• Experience or practical exposure to IT OPEX/CAPEX, budgeting and forecasting
• Ability to support regional IT projects, deployments and technology rollouts

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong hands-on technical support skills with IT operational and financial exposure.
