Lead and scale end-to-end digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand visibility, drive lead generation, and improve conversion performance across regions.
What You'll Do:
- You will essentially own the full digital marketing engine.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
- Manage external agencies and marketing partners
- Drive brand storytelling, partnerships, and digital engagement
- Improve conversion rates (CRO) to maximize lead-to-customer performance
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (ROI, KPIs, analytics)
- Run ABM (Account-Based Marketing), outreach, and event-based campaigns
- Lead SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy
- Use AI-powered tools for automation, insights, and campaign optimization
What You Bring:
- 10+ years in marketing, including 5+ years in startups
- Strong experience in digital marketing strategy + execution
- Ability to identify target audiences and build high-performing campaigns
- Hands-on knowledge of tools like: Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ, Google Analytics (and similar analytics platforms)
- Experience managing budgets + performance optimization
- Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools
