Job Description

Lead and scale end-to-end digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand visibility, drive lead generation, and improve conversion performance across regions.

What You'll Do:

  • You will essentially own the full digital marketing engine.
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Manage external agencies and marketing partners
  • Drive brand storytelling, partnerships, and digital engagement
  • Improve conversion rates (CRO) to maximize lead-to-customer performance
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (ROI, KPIs, analytics)
  • Run ABM (Account-Based Marketing), outreach, and event-based campaigns
  • Lead SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy
  • Use AI-powered tools for automation, insights, and campaign optimization

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years in marketing, including 5+ years in startups
  • Strong experience in digital marketing strategy + execution
  • Ability to identify target audiences and build high-performing campaigns
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools like: Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ, Google Analytics (and similar analytics platforms)
  • Experience managing budgets + performance optimization
  • Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools
