Overview
Xerox is seeking a
Regional Manager – MENA to manage and support the operations of Xerox's Regional Headquarters in Riyadh. This role will be responsible for coordinating business operations, regulatory compliance, transition planning, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing operational reporting across the MENA region.
The successful candidate will work closely with Xerox leadership, internal functions, external partners, and government stakeholders to ensure the Regional Headquarters operates effectively, remains compliant, and supports business continuity and growth across the region.
Role Purpose
The Regional Manager – MENA will be responsible for managing the Regional Headquarters of Xerox Exports Limited, including budget coordination, compliance strategy, service agreements, business coordination, regulatory requirements, employee deployment alignment, and operational reporting.
This role will also support transition and change management activities, ensuring that operational processes, workforce alignment, and governance requirements are successfully implemented and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Transition Planning and Execution
- Support the Directors in developing and implementing a comprehensive transition plan for the Regional Headquarters.
- Coordinate timelines, resource allocation, relocation costs, compensation and package recommendations, and key transition milestones.
- Track progress and identify potential delays, risks, or issues requiring leadership attention.
Operational Integration
- Manage the integration of operational processes, policies, inter-company arrangements, technologies, and workforce activities.
- Maintain accurate records with relevant government and regulatory portals, including MISA and other RHQ platforms.
- Support ongoing operational improvement across the RHQ, XTC, and the wider MENA region.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key connection point between leadership teams, ensuring clear, timely, and transparent communication.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support a smooth transition and ongoing operations.
- Address concerns, manage expectations, and support alignment across functions and regions.
Financial and Legal Coordination
- Partner with Finance and Legal teams to ensure contractual, regulatory, and financial obligations are met.
- Support compliance strategy, cost tracking, budget coordination, and maintenance requirements for the RHQ.
Project and Change Management
- Support employees and teams through change management processes.
- Ensure employees are informed, trained, and supported throughout transition activities and future operational changes.
- Provide guidance to team members affected by role adjustments, relocation, or cultural alignment requirements.
- Conduct workshops and communication sessions related to major policy, process, or organizational changes.
Performance Monitoring and Governance
- Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators to ensure transition and operational activities remain on track.
- Provide regular operational and functional reports to RHQ Directors.
- Coordinate quarterly or more frequent Board Meetings and Shareholder Meetings as required.
- Provide continued post-transition support to ensure the RHQ is fully operational and ongoing challenges are addressed promptly.

Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree, university degree, or postgraduate qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of related professional experience preferred.
- Experience managing business transitions, regional operations, or corporate headquarters activities.
- Strong project management capability.
- Experience working with HR, government regulations, compliance requirements, and regional business operations.
- Experience within the MENA region is strongly preferred.

Working Environment
This role will operate remotely, from the RHQ office in Riyadh, and across the MENA region as business needs require.
