Role Overview:

The Regional Marketing Lead will be responsible for building and strengthening the Maddox Pharma Swiss brand across our markets, while closely supporting our distributors in developing and executing effective local marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute branding strategies to position Maddox Pharma Swiss as a trusted partner across our markets
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with overall business and market access strategies
• Support distributors in creating and executing country-specific marketing campaigns and activities
• Ensure alignment and consistency of brand messaging across all markets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, regulatory, and supply chain teams
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies
• Drive digital marketing initiatives and enhance online presence where applicable

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing (preferably within regional roles)
• Strong experience in brand building and distributor management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
